SPECIAL NATCON 2012 ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

US Air Force Drill Team to Perform at NATCON 2012!

The United States Air Force’s 11th Operations Group has confirmed that the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team will perform at the 2012 Pershing National Drill Competition scheduled for March 17, 2012, at the 5th Regimental Armory in Baltimore, MD. Their exhibition, to begin at Noon, showcases their precision, professionalism, strength and dexterity, including their precise marching and crisp rifle drill. The exhibition is free and open to the public.

This will be a standard 16-person performance which features a professionally choreographed sequence of show-stopping weapon maneuvers, precise tosses, complex weapon exchanges, and a walk through the gauntlet of spinning weapons.

The Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team is the traveling component of the Air Force Honor Guard and inspires Air Force awareness among military and civilian audiences through its complex drill routine. In all they do, the Drill Team personifies the integrity, discipline, teamwork, and professionalism of every Airman and every Air Force mission.

PRNAA Mission & Goals

The Pershing Rifles National Alumni Association (formally the Federation of Pershing Rifles Alumni Associations) was created in 2007 with a mission of continuing to foster the bonds of brotherhood established during our undergraduate years as active members of the National Society of Pershing Rifles. In 2010 it was made the official alumni association of the Pershing Rifles.

The goals of PRNAA are simple:

  1. Continue to foster the bonds of brotherhood among alumni members of the National Society of Pershing Rifles by coordinating, supporting, and sponsoring alumni events at the local, regional, and national levels.
  2. Assist in the establishment of local, collegiate level alumni associations.
  3. Provide a medium through which alumni at large can interact with fellow Pershing Riflemen, connect with former classmates, and participate in Pershing Rifles active and alumni events.
  4. Assist the active leadership of the National Society of Pershing Rifles in the accomplishment of their mission without interference into the daily operations of the undergraduates.

RAISE FUNDS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION

Our corporate not-for-profit and tax-exempt status has created an opportunity for your unit to raise funds for your own use for NATCON, or for general fund raising purposes. That opportunity is to sell sponsorships and advertisements to businesses and family members in one of several venues and program journals that will be used during NATCON. Units can sell as much as they like.
